Cancellation Policy 2024:
Cancel before MAY 20 ( more than 6 weeks prior) $50.00 Fee
MAY 20 – JUNE 9 (6 weeks to 3 weeks prior $200.00 Fee
JUNE 10 or after ( three weeks prior or less) NO REFUND
Entry fees are non-transferable
Note: If the event has to be cancelled prior to the event start due lack of registrations, forest fire smoke or circumstances beyond the organizer’s control pilots will be given a full refund for the competition but not the visiting pilot membership which will be good for all of 2024.
