Cancellation Fees and Refund Policy 2024:
Cancel prior to MAY 20: $50.00 Registration Cancellation Fee
MAY 20 – JUNE 9: $200.00 Registration Cancellation Fee
JUNE 10: or after NO REFUND

Note: If the event has to be cancelled prior to the start of the event due lack of registrations pilots will be given a full refund for their registration and the visiting pilot RVHPA membership. If the event has to be cancelled due to forest fire smoke or circumstances beyond the organizer’s control pilots will be given a refund for the competion based on the funds for the event not spent divided by the number of pilots.
