Before you begin please read this!
After you fill out the application form you will show up on the pilot list page. You will not be confirmed until AFTER you have completed your payment. Once your payment is accepted CONFIRMED will show next to your name on the pilots page.
What’s included in your registration fee:
Transportation to launch, Retrieves, Commemorative T-shirt, Scoring, Trophies for winners, Awards dinner/party.
What’s not included:
Local club membership, Lunches (they will be sold separately for those who want them)
Beer, wine, alcohol

February 1- May 19, 2024 (normal registration)
Open/Sprint Race $675 plus $35 RVHPA visiting pilot club membership
$710 Total
May 21-July 1, 2022 (late registration)
Open /Sprint Race $775 plus $35 RVHPA local club membership
$810 Total
Cancellation Fees and Refund Policy:

Cancel before MAY 20 ( more than 6 weeks prior) $50.00 Fee
MAY 20 – JUNE 9 (6 weeks to 3 weeks prior) $200.00 Fee
JUNE 10 or after ( three weeks prior or less) NO REFUND
Entry fees are non-transferable
Note: If the event has to be cancelled prior to the start of the event due lack of registrations forest fire smoke or circumstances beyond the organizer’s control pilots will be given a full refund for the competition but not the visiting pilot membership which will be good for all of 2024.
